Supporting the Next Generation of Talent: Our Mock Interview & Careers Coaching Initiative with Hull University

This week Susi delivered a brilliant programme of mock interviews and careers coaching for undergraduate students at Hull University, an initiative we’re incredibly proud to support.

Drawing on her extensive recruitment and consultative experience, Susi worked closely with students to strengthen their confidence, sharpen their interview technique, and elevate the impact of their CVs. Ahead of each mock interview, she shared a job description with candidates to help them prepare, and conducted realistic, professional interview sessions based on a fictional company and role.

Each student received personalised, constructive feedback on their CV, interview performance, and areas for improvement. Susi also completed formal feedback scoring cards for the university and invited the graduates to share their own reflections on the experience.

This partnership reflects our commitment to helping young people understand their value, articulate their strengths, and step boldly into the world of work. We look forward to sharing feedback from both the university team and participating students in the coming weeks.
