Today we’re celebrating a truly remarkable milestone – 22 years of our colleague and Accounts Manager, Pauline, at Edwards & Pearce.

To put it simply: she is an absolute godsend. 

Behind the scenes, Pauline keeps everything running smoothly – from the smallest details to the biggest deadlines. Her dedication, precision, and calm efficiency have been the backbone of our business for over two decades. We often say, “We’d be lost without her,” and we mean it.

Her loyalty, work ethic, and quiet brilliance make her not only an exceptional team member but an inspiration to us all.
