I contacted Kirsty in October 2021 to see how I went about looking for another role.  I explained that only a few months prior I had been approached directly by an organisation and was `encouraged’ to apply for a role which I was successful in gaining. Unfortunately, it soon became evident that I had made a mistake leaving a role I didn’t need to for a role where every aspect turned out to be different to what I had been told and an overall extremely negative experience. I felt so regretful for being flattered into making a bad decision and this made me question myself and lose a lot of my confidence. I had reached a point where the new role became untenable.  
Kirsty did not judge me, she listened. She listened at a time when I didn’t feel heard and offered me reassurance.  Kirsty told me not to worry that everyone at some point makes a bad move and it can be fixed.  
Right away Kirsty set about trying to help me to change the situation. Keeping me up to date. Keeping the line of communication open being calm, kind and realistic at all times. Kirsty helped me to find a new role which I feel so excited to start.  It is the opportunity I need to show who I am and start again.
