THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity to join their Global Talent Acquisition team for a motivated, experienced Recruiter who is highly results-driven, has a true business partnering approach to talent acquisition and who fully appreciates and understands how Talent Acquisition can add significant value to a business.
The TABP will be a career driven, expert with experience of partnering with functions across numerous European countries and Asia locations.
Knowledge of your profession and an expert in applying effective sourcing strategies with a passion for quality, service, diversity and inclusion are essential.

Key Tasks:
Leading and taking ownership of recruitment and projects
Develop effective talent attraction strategies, including social media
Develop and drive employer branding activities
Candidate attraction/sourcing focusing on quality and diverse talent pools
Build talent pipelines focusing for hard-to-fill and ahead of demand role
Drive measurable talent pipelines focusing on inclusion, diversity and equity
Coaching hiring managers on effective recruitment, inclusion and diversity

THE CANDIDATE:
A highly experienced in-house recruiter 'at the height of their career'
Proven experience in pan-European/international recruitment, corporate in-house experience preferred
Extensive, innovative successful methods tried and tested with various sourcing and talent attraction methodologies
In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
Experience of recruitment within global manufacturing industry
Data-driven and analytical mindset is essential
True can-do mindset, ability to work autonomously and a focus on quality and results
The ability to react quickly, effectively and meet demands
