In this newly created role applicants will oversee payroll including developing & initiating processes and providing ongoing support and encouragement to a payroll team. It is essential candidates possess extensive knowledge with all aspects of payroll at a similar level.

THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity for an experienced PAYROLL MANAGER
Full time, permanent, office based
Implement and install simple processes to increase productivity
Take responsibility for all aspects of payroll including providing ongoing training, support and encouragement to an amazing team
To maintain a highly efficient and professional department
Production of various reports for Directors and assist HR with payroll queries
Modern office, free parking, large international company

THE CANDIDATE
Applicants must have management experience gained within payroll
Have the ability to devise and implement payroll processes
Possess high personal standards, poise and professionalism
Able to provide support and encouragement to a payroll team
The client will consider candidates seeking a contract as well as a permanent role
