THE ROLE:
The role of HR Manager is a business partner site stakeholder role and leads the delivery of a comprehensive and proactive HR service and project work with a key knowledge of HR policies and procedures to deliver an outstanding full HR service to their business. The role covers UK/Ireland sites (some travel is required). The role is a full operational HR generalist HRM role covering ER, L D (partnering with the L D Lead), Policies Procedures, Resourcing, Organisational Planning, Performance Management, Merit Planning, EH S Committee monthly.
THE CANDIDATE:
CIPD qualified.
Degree qualified or equivalent.
Experienced senior HRM worked in successful forward thinking global manufacturing companies with excellent values/culture etc.
Proven experience as an HRM - ideally worked in manufacturing, fmcg for large organisations (experience worked for a foreign owned organisation).
Previously have experience working for a blue-chip organisation and understands corporate knowledge.
