Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 depending on skills and experience

Location: York

This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketer either looking for their next career challenge or a fresh opportunity to join a market leading business in the York/East Riding area. You will have the ability to translate robust marketing strategies into tactical marketing plans as well as experience of brand marketing, promoting commercial initiatives and new products to trade partners. The right candidate will also have experience of working closely with a sales team to brief on marketing initiatives and working closely with a lean marketing team.

As Digital Marketing Manager you will lead the ongoing management & improvement of the B2C and B2B digital marketing activity. You will have both a strategic and hands on role, being accountable for the creation & distribution of content online, to support business objectives and the periodic promotional cycle across all of their brands. You will also have:
Considerable experience with Content Management Systems and change processes.
Have a sound technical knowledge of digital including experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Strong experience in digital content creation, scheduling and campaign management.
Exceptionally well organised with a keen eye for detail.
An understanding of SEO and other digital search activities.
Familiar with web analytics methodologies and technologies.
Ability to manage resource and agency support in line with agreed budgets.
Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering digital projects.
Experience in delivering ROI & performance reporting.
Experience in managing social media campaigns and available platforms.
