Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Due to exceptional growth another new opportunity has arisen for a qualified CIMA/ACCA accountant with excellent analytical and communication skills to join this leading manufacturer in North Lincolnshire. Within easy reach of the Humber Bridge, A15, A180, A164, A63 and eastern M62 the location will suit candidates residing on both the north and south Humber banks looking for a challenging new role.

THE ROLE:

To analyse data and information to identify business opportunities, create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments

Deliver adhoc report requests in a timely manner according to requirements, review company policies and business process.

Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance, collaborate with key departments to improve cost-effectiveness across all the business

Responsible for driving key stake holders and implementing solutions, provide support in annual budget preparation, review monthly actuals against budget

Partner with the operations management team supporting long term cost reduction and prepare P&L/KPI reporting alongside the finance team

THE CANDIDATE:

You are an accomplished and talented finance professional, CIMA/ACCA qualified and ideally with a manufacturing background although this sector experience is not essential. An eloquent communicator at all levels you have excellent analytical and investigative skills. Part qualified accountants with the relevant skills and experience but not quite exam qualified yet will also be considered.

Proactive and able to work unsupervised, you are confident and forthcoming, capable of analysing large amounts of data and able to liaise effectively across all management levels.
