I contacted Kirsty in October 2021 to see how I went about looking for another role.  I explained that only a few months prior I had been approached directly by an organisation and was `encouraged’ to apply for a role which I was successful in gaining. Unfortunately, it soon became evident that I had made a mistake leaving a role I didn’t need to for a role where every aspect turned out to be different to what I had been told and an overall extremely negative experience.
