Now that January’s been and gone, we can finally settle in to the future & look forward!
Welcome to our February update where we celebrate all things Learning & Development and share some of our projects for the months ahead.
Dan and I set out to create a truly unique approach to finding and keeping talent. So, after 22 years of professional recruitment, in February 2020 we integrated our pioneering L&D department to support you, our clients, to grow and nurture great people. We live by a simple foundation that Everybody’s Different and have something special to offer. Do you remember the Oscar Wilde quote: ”Be yourself; everyone else is already taken”, well that, is exactly the way we believe it’s possible and vital, to add value when you grow your team. Whether you’re taking on an extra pair of hands for a few weeks or a full team for a new department, it’s the differences between people that makes the impact.

We’re holding our first L&D Breakfast on Wednesday 16th Feb at 8.30am at the beautiful venue that is St Catherine’s House, home of Flourish Enterprises in Balby. You are very welcome to come along. Here’s a link to book your place around the table.
Our HR Forums have been running for over 20 years and valued as ‘a warm and welcoming place for HR professionals to come together to share ideas, ask for help and learn together’. Finally, we turn our attention to the workforce of the future and how as a company we are passionate about supporting and developing young people to understand themselves better. With mock exams very much the talking point in schools, colleges and Universities across the region, we have taken our combined experiences and put together a guide for students and their families, to enter the last few months of learning with more confidence, less worry and a personalised approach based on the best science and simple tools available.
