Our client Kingstown Works Ltd (KWL) established in 2006 operate as one of Hull and East Riding’s leading building, repair and maintenance contractors. Primary contracts are with Hull City Council to provide extensive property services to approximately 26,000 homes in the Hull area. Award winning business that take pride in employing a local workforce and delivering service across the city and other regions.

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  •  Providing HR support to the HR Manager and guidance and support to the management team.

  •  Supporting the HR and Management team with disciplinary investigations and minutes of meetings.

  •  To undertake all recruitment administration and selection interviewing where required

  •  Supporting the HR and Management team with the sickness/absence process and HR on line programme.

  •  Work together with the HR team to continually develop HR policy and practice in line with employment law

Thesuccessful candidate will:

  •  Have a minimum of 12 months experience working at advisor level or be ready for the next step in their career

  •  A strong HR administrative background with good working knowledge of MS packages including Excel

  •  Confidence with a positive professional approach and strong attention to detail

  •  Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
