HR Forum - Britain's exit from the EU

Susi Johnston has organised a HR Forum meeting on 15th May 2019 from 8.30-11.30 to be held at a venue in Gainsborough.  There will be a presentation by senior informed members of DLA Piper solicitors who will discuss the effect Britan’s exit from the EU will have on businesses from an HR perspective immediately after Brexit and the months following.

This will involve matters arising from a (finally) agreed Withdrawal Agreement or the effect a No deal Brexit will have on matters such as the enforceability of employment law derived from Europe and immigration rules.

Alternatively, we will review the progress of Brexit if there has been a delay or, in circumstances where Brexit is put to another public vote, we will either focus on the result of that vote and the on-going Brexit process or the effect a result either way will have on business from an HR perspective.”

If you wish to book a seat(s), they are free and on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. Seats must be booked by emailing Susi Johnston, (susi@edwardsandpearce.co.uk) giving clear instruction of how many seats you wish to book. Susi will then email confirmation of your booking.
