A challenging and all-embracing opportunity for an experienced Administrator with knowledge of Stock Control to join a well-established agribusiness located in the Doncaster area. You will be joining a small team of friendly people in an open office environment and have full responsibility of production paperwork, forecasting, ordering raw material and ensuring that stock held is organised and logged correctly maintaining accurate Excel records. Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience
Location: Doncaster

THE ROLE
-Responsible for the placing of orders and ensure requested goods are delivered on time
-Handling incoming enquires via telephone, email and fax
-Communicate updates and lead times to customers and colleagues
-Produce delivery notes for drivers
-Arranging collections for customers
-Raise customer invoices
-Responsible for preparing collection and delivery paperwork
-Procuring raw materials
-Some Sales & Purchase Ledger
-Carry out physical quarterly stock takes
-Keeping stock updated on computer systems, forward stock planning, monitoring upcoming levels of demand
-Arrange services for onsite vehicles

THE CANDIDATE
-Must have previous experience in Stock Control ideally in a small fast paced environment.
-Previous experience working in an agribusiness or an interest in this area desirable
-Knowledge of Sales and Purchase Ledger desirable
-Strong communication and organisational skills
-Confident IT user - particularly Excel.
-Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure
-Ability to prioritise and work on your initiative
-Excellent telephone manner with strong customer service skills
-MUST have access to own transport, please note that the location is not accessible by public transport
