Our client, a large well known organisation, are looking for a candidate to join their business as support to the Managing Director.

Our client, a large well known organisation, are looking for a candidate to join their business as support to the Managing Director.

The candidate will be providing a smooth and efficient service to add value to the wider business. This is an incredibly varied position and an opportunity for the right candidate to be busy, challenged and be an integral part of the business. The successful candidate must have self motivation, confidence, professionalism, positive outlook, ability to use their own initiative and exceptional communication and organisation skills.


THE ROLE
- Liaison with clients / visitors - first port of call via email and telephone
- Extensive diary management
- Event organisation including conferences
- Travel management including meeting arrangement, refreshments
- General secretarial support
- Reporting, taking minutes and producing presentations
- Liaison with other PA's UK and Internationally to ensure smooth arrangements
- Maintain holidays for the management tea
- Process invoices on SAP
- Handling of confidential information

THE CANDIDATE
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Incredibly strong administrative skills and a working history to show this
- Competent user in Microsoft Office packages including Excel
- Previous experience as a PA or senior administration support
- Confident dealing with all levels of people both internally and externally
- Attention to detail, methodical and forward thinking is key in this role
- Previous experience working in a fast pace business combined with managing a multitude of responsibilities
