Title: HR Advisor (Perm positon) - No2 role in a highly successful company
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Location: South Yorkshire (Doncaster)

-This is a great opportunity to work at HR Advisor level supporting a highly experienced senior Head of HR. My client will consider applications from HR graduates with 1 - 2 years' experience working in an HR Dept, or an HR Assistant who is ready to take the next step up.
-The role will offer a full operational, generalist HR position, mentored by a highly experienced HR professional who wants to develop and grow this individual. Full involvement in HR projects, ER, day-to-day HR, policies and procedures, HR IT system, working very closely with all levels of stakeholders. Fully being given the opportunity to get totally involved and included in the business.

Responsible for all aspects of HR support associated with the employee life cycle, starter/leavers employee benefits, absence, performance management, including letters of appointment. Assisting the business managers with investigations, disciplinaries, sickness management, interview and inductions etc. Ensuring the data is accurate and completed in a timely manner, paying attention to detail and accuracy.
-Supporting senior Managers in the management of absence
-Support payroll when necessary including providing cover for holidays
-Conduct investigations, support in disciplinaries/grievance interviews
-Assist with the recruitment administration, assisting with interviews
-Creating and maintaining all employee files and storing information (GDPR)
-Process all starters and leavers
-Process paperwork with changes and variations to contracts of employment
-CIPD 3 or 5
-Must have previous HR experience - conducting all types of interviews ie job, grievance, sickness, disciplinary.
-Strong MS Outlook, Excel and Word skills are 'essential'
-Experience of HR administration
-Organised, meticulous and accurate in all work
-Excellent attention to detail - highly organised and has the ability to prioritise
-Strong communicator at all levels
-Excellent at building credible relationships with stakeholder groups across the company
-Flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to multi-task
-Work as a team or on their own - can use own initiative
-A self starter
