A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a forward thinking and innovative company in Goole. You will be joining a vibrant and busy Customer Service Team and be responsible for taking incoming calls supporting customers with queries, updating CRM systems, liaising with engineers and booking in repair work. A flexible approach to working hours is required for this role, as the role require someone working 7am - 7pm, 4 days on 4 off including weekend work.

OVERVIEW:

You will be joining a vibrant and busy Customer Service Team and be responsible for taking incoming calls supporting customers with queries, updating CRM systems, liaising with engineers and booking in repair work. THE ROLE:
-Responding to incoming calls from customers, booking repairs, updating CRM system and handling general enquires
-Meeting and exceeding customer service KPI's
-Liaising with third parties sourcing subcontracts for specialist work
-Booking appointments for customers
-Administration duties including processing and responding to emails
-Producing quotation on repairs work
-Obtaining order numbers and invoice details

THE CANDIDATE:
-Previous experience working in customer services
-Customer Services Qualification desirable
-Excellent communication skills with clear and friendly telephone manner
-Previous experience in administration, order processing desirable
-Experience working in a call centre environment towards customer service KPI's
-Must have a flexible approach to working hours, this role is working 4 days on 4 days off 7am-7pm.
