Job Title: Contract Claims Administrator
Salary: £18,500
Location: Rotherham


OVERVIEW:
Excellent opportunity to work for a well-known established manufacturing company who work to 'world class standards'. The role is to sit in the Finance Team and work in a small team who take responsibility to process Merchant, Developer and Direct Claims.

THE ROLE
-Reporting into the Contracts Team Leader this role offers the chance to work in a specific part of the business, build relationships with employees, peers and managers.
-The role requires the Contract Claims Administrator to process Merchant, Developer and Direct Claims accurately and to ensure correct payments are made to merchants and contractors.
-Identify any issues/concerns on the claims and make the Team Leader and customer aware.
-Complete a monthly report showing the claims history and amounts paid. Identifying any issues or problems and opportunities. Gathering information and analyse cause and effect. Implementing corrective actions and changes to eliminate problems, creating awareness of the problem, solution and action taken.

THE CANDIDATE
-The ideal candidate will require good MS Office skills and in particular Excel
-Experience with SAP / CRM
-High level of numeracy is essential
-Excellent telephone and communication skills
-Be able to work unsupervised and on own initiative
-Team player
-Flexibility / job rotation
-Previous experience in contracts/admin order processing role
