Training Manager / Head of Education

Salary: £25,000- £30,000

Location: Doncaster

A great opportunity for a Head of Education has arisen for a growing and forward thinking company in Doncaster.
It is a varied role and would suit someone coming from a training coordinator/manager type position.
The company are offering, future progression, a competitive salary and on top of this, a monthly bonus which is dependent on company profits.
The role does involve occasional evening working and 2 Saturdays a month, but you will get the time back in lieu to take when you like as holiday.
The company are progressive and look for driven individuals who are able to use initiative and make improvements to procedures and better ways of working.

THE ROLE:
• Manage the events and operations budget to deliver the service in line with agreed financials.
• Develop the strategy to grow and improve the Mastermind programme to cope with the significant growth and long-term strategy.
• Oversee the running of the company education live events, these range from 2 day online and in person conferences to 2 hour Free online webinars.
• Oversee the event agenda and agree final sign off with the directors.
• Ensure the event is organised and well managed, including booking trainers, staff and all logistics
• Oversee the booking of guest speakers and any support trainers that are needed.
• Organisation of resource for each event balance event needs with office cover
• Event co-ordinator at each event, ensuring the event runs smoothly and any technical issues are dealt with.
• Review feedback after each event and implement necessary changes when required.
• Lead the Mentors on the Mastermind Programme, ensuring they have everything they need to run a quality mastermind session.
• Oversee the 700+ Delegates on the mastermind programme, tracking and monitoring progress and dealing where is required.
• Lead event Brief and De-briefs where applicable
• Lead the various projects for the operations team (customer service, Mastermind Programme, online & in person events)
• Look after the online training portal ensuring delegates are getting access and using this to help their education journey
• Manage the Trust pilot account ensuring they hit 4.5.

THE CANDIDATE:
• 3 years experience working within training or education sector
• Customer service experience
• Project Management experience is desirable or experience coordinating events
• Excellent organisation skills
• Good technical abilities
• Flexible and urgency to solve critical challenges.
• Driving license & vehicle
