Temporary Administrator

Salary £9.90 per hour

Location: Rotherham

A great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a successful and established company in Rotherham on a week by week temporary basis. Working as part of a friendly team you will provide a seamless customer service to both internal colleagues and external customers, covering all aspects of Distribution.

THE ROLE:
Deal with all emails and phone calls from customers and colleagues in a timely manner.
To plan all available orders for all products taking into consideration cost and viability of loads.
To plan all available orders and co-ordinate the route on the correct vehicle taking into consideration weight and number of drops.
To ensure all products are pulled off in a timely manner and labelled accordingly.
Print off all daily reports, update the distribution data and all performance boards.
Gather and collate information from SAP to show stock levels for external customers.
Organise the return of goods on a daily basis using carriers and hauliers whilst keeping costs to a minimum.
Collating various month end reports.
Ensure all paperwork is in place and accurate.
Audit all incoming delivery bookings.
Raise requisitions for all products required.
Complete all customer calls advising of their deliveries.

THE CANDIDATE:
Must have experience working in a previous administration position.
Be a strong IT user.
Positive approach to work.
A strong team player.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Works well under pressure and to timescales.
