This is an exciting opportunity in Hull for an experienced Social Media Specialist looking for their next career challenge. My client operate in an increasingly complex, challenging and competitive environment. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team and play a key role in leading the development and delivery of creative and engaging social media strategies.
Working closely with the senior marketing team, the Social Media Specialist will be responsible for leading the delivery of sector leading, multi-channel content and campaigns that reach, inspire and engage key audiences to drive competitive advantage and support brand positioning.
The role holder will build and nurture highly productive relationships with colleagues across the organisation, as well as with key agencies and suppliers. Specifically, the Social Media Specialist will work closely with colleagues in the wider Marketing teams, to develop and repurpose content.
The Social Media Manager will understand the absolute importance of social media content in supporting the organisation's marketing strategy, particularly in building brand awareness and reputation to drive engagement and interest from the core market. The role holder must constantly review user trends and look to create ever more innovative, exciting and relevant social media content that will be widely viewed and shared.
The Social Media Manager must have substantial experience of delivering user focused social media content, across multiple platforms, as well as demonstrating the ability to exchange and circulate content appropriately to the right person at the right time.
