Senior Private Client Solicitor

Salary: Competitive package dependant on skills and experience

Location: Lincoln

This is an excellent opportunity in the Lincoln area for a highly experienced Private Client Solicitor (6 years PQE) looking for their next career move. The role will focus on all types of Probate work, including Wills, Estate Administration, Court of Protection work, Estate planning, Trust advice and administration.
This is a unique opportunity to work for an established and reputable firm of solicitors in a progressive environment with a friendly and open culture. The right candidate will also be offered the opportunity to become a Partner for the firm as well.

Private Client fee earner with experience of a mixed caseload of work.
Experience of all aspects of Wills and Probate matters.
Tax and Trusts work.
To manage a Private Client team.
Excellent communication and client liaising skills.

Highly motivated with a proven track record of dealing with mainstream private client work.
Experience of dealing with high-net-worth clients.

Undertake a broad variety of work ranging from drafting wills to advising on complicated tax planning and trust work.
Probate matters and the administration of estates.

The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate:
Commercially astute and remains current on key legal and business news.
Excellent skills in communication, client relations and team working.
Provides a professional, quality service in a timely manner and responds effectively to requests from internal and external clients.
Demonstrates the ambition to succeed and commitment to business development and client relationship management.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ability to adopt a commercial as well as a legal approach to client issues.
Excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in analytical research, technically strong, with good drafting skills.
Adaptability and collaborative working.
