This is an excellent opportunity in the Lincoln area for a highly experienced Private Client Solicitor (6 years PQE) looking for their next career move. The role will focus on all types of Probate work, including Wills, Estate Administration, Court of Protection work, Estate planning, Trust advice and administration.
This is a unique opportunity to work for an established and reputable firm of solicitors in a progressive environment with a friendly and open culture. The right candidate will also be offered the opportunity to become a Partner for the firm as well.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Private Client fee earner with experience of a mixed caseload of work
- Experience of all aspects of Wills and Probate matters
- Tax and Trusts work
- To manage a Private Client team
- Excellent communication and client liaising skills

IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Highly motivated with a proven track record of dealing with mainstream private client work
- Experience of dealing with high-net-worth clients

ROLE INFORMATION:
- Undertake a broad variety of work ranging from drafting wills to advising on complicated tax planning and trust work.
- Probate matters and the administration of estates

The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate:

*Proficiency in analytical research, technically strong, with good drafting skills.
