Senior HR Advisor (site engagement, wellbeing, communication plan ER) 'An exciting new role in a busy FMCG environment' - Site Wellbeing Ambassador

Salary £32,000 - £34,000 (full time)

Location: Selby

This is a new very 'exciting' role offering great opportunity. Reporting into the HR Manager this role will ensure HR Policies are implemented effectively and the People Plan is delivered. The focus of this role is on leading a successful Engagement and Communication Plan across the site and being the 'Site Wellbeing Ambassador'.

THE ROLE:
This role has direct responsibility for the Engagement and Communication across the site at all levels.
The senior HR Advisor will be the lead the Engagement and Communication at all levels at the site, developing and implementing the site engagement plan, arranging, organising and leading engagement events at site and being the 'Wellbeing Ambassador' leading monthly events.
Working as part of the management team supporting with recognition ideas and implementation and leading charity events whilst building robust relationships in the local community. Coordinating site listening survey, analyse results and support with improvement plans and conducting regular HR surgeries across all shift patterns. Support at recruitment fairs and assessment days.

THE CANDIDATE:
CIPD qualified
Experience working in HR at large busy sites (blue/white collar) FMCG, manufacturing
Previous career with a focus on engagement, communication, wellbeing,
Excellent communication and presentation skills - good IT skills (PowerPoint)
An ideas person who can design, deliver and implement ideas across all levels
A self-motivated person who uses their own initiative and can work unsupervised
Someone who really has a passion for Engagement Communication and understands how to implement a successful engagement plan across a site - a proven strong and successful Wellbeing Ambassador recognised for the impact their work has achieved in previous roles
