Salary: £20,000

Location: Auckley, Doncaster

OVERVIEW: We are currently recruiting for a local an experienced Sales Representative to join a newly formed team within an IT technology group. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads in the education sector.
This is a highly customer-focused and forward-thinking business with significant annual growth year on year. Due to growth this has created an opportunity for expansion of a newly formed team within the company.

THE ROLE: This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious hard-working individual to join a friendly supportive team to generate leads from an existing database that will convert into profitable wins.

The responsibilities fall into the following areas;
*Making a high number of phone calls
*Identifying, develop and qualify new business opportunities with decision makers.
*To work in a busy office environment on a dedicated lead generation campaign.
*This role is purely internal, new business calls.
*Identify new sales opportunities through outbound calling and emails
*Update CRM system (Autotask)
*Create and follow up opportunities from marketing campaigns
*Achieve targets/ KPI's
*Have excellent accuracy updating the CRM and providing clients with accurate analysis of qualified sales appointments and supplying pre-meeting documents.
*Be confident questioning your client about their needs & appointment setting for sales staff.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ability to create a new qualifying lead through high call volume and email activity
Proven ability to own and grow a pipeline.
Experience of B2B sales
A clear communicator and confident using telephone.
Enthusiastic with a hunger to succeed, increase and grow your sales and marketing skill set.
Ability to take advice and feedback on board to constantly develop and improve.
Warm, professional approach and is hard working.
No experience in the IT industry is necessary as all training and support will be provided, we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is looking to work hard and gain a rewarding career in a fantastic company that cares about their employees.
