Our client is experiencing continued growth and currently rapid expansion and are seeking key individuals to work in their organisation supporting their HR team on the recruitment/resourcing side.

Our client currently have a requirement for temporary resource within their HR Team and are seeking someone to join them on a temporary basis asap to help then work through and complete their planned recruitment activity. As an highly successful organisation experiencing carefully planned growth across their business they are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to support their existing team with the volume and speed in which they need to deal with job vacancies in their business we need some additional resource to support hit the ground running in relation to coordinating and work through their recruitment activity.

The role will be based at their head office in South Yorkshire working 37 hour per week, Monday - Friday (early finish Fridays) . The role is a hybrid role (mixture of working from home and office)

The key activities of the post are:

1: Advise recruiting managers on recruitment schedules, appropriate advertising and job descriptions and person specifications
2: Deliver an effective management and delivery of the recruitment process, ensuring procedures are followed in a timely and efficient manner, this involves arranging interviews, arranging with the relevant HR Officer, HR Business Partner and line manager to ensure a smooth running of recruitment campaigns
3: Administration responsibilities aligned to recruitment and onboarding activities, such as letter and contracts of employment, ensuring they are issued in a timely and efficient manner.
4: Ensure line manager and candidates receive timely responses to their email enquiries

Essential Experience and Skills:

*Be studying for a CIPD qualification or have the equivalent professional experience
*Previous experience of working in a HR environment
*Experience of working on a number of recruitment campaigns
*Organising and prioritising own work to the successful achievement of targets and objectives
*Knowledge and clear understanding of Employment Law, specifically in relation to recruitment
*Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
*The ability to build and sustain effective professional working relationships with HR and wider business environment
*Customer focus - able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer requirements
*Excellent IT skills
