Salary: £20,000 D.O.E


Edwards & Pearce are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for a full time permanent vacancy in Beverley. It is essential candidates have knowledge with all aspects of accounts payable processes as well as solid IT literacy and the ability to manage and prioritise their workload effectively.

- Full time, permanent office based role
- Processes high volume purchase ledger invoices
- Matching, batching, coding, reconciling and performing payment runs
- Manage ledger related queries and administration as well as expense claims
- Ensure all company deadlines are met
- Welcoming and supportive colleagues, free parking

- Must have experience with all aspects of purchase ledger
- Confidence and accuracy when processing high volume invoices to deadlines
- Be assertive when liaising with suppliers and colleagues to solve account queries
- Strong personality, highly organised and able to manage workload
- Good IT literacy, especially Microsoft Word & Excel
- Positive, enthusiastic, proactive work ethic, willing to assist others
