Property Sales Coordinator

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Location: Doncaster (involving local travel)

We have an exciting opportunity based in Doncaster for a tenacious, results driven candidate with a keen interest in property. This role would ideally suit someone from an estate agency background who has knowledge of valuing property and the full housing sales cycle.

The company are offering a generous salary along with quarterly bonuses paid monthly upon completion of KPI’s.

Duties include:
Calling leads to book valuations
Carrying out property valuations
Generating new business
Securing new property opportunities
Bring properties in to introduce to investors
Dealing with vendors, investors, and developers
Communication and leadership through the full sales cycle

You will have a proven track record in:
Sales
Carrying out valuations
Communication with multiple stakeholders
Analysing financial information and valuation reports
Influencing
Self-motivation, results driven and pro-active
Full UK driving license.
