Project Manager

Salary: £50,000

A brilliant opportunity for a solution focused Project Manager, to join a construction company in Doncaster.
The Project Manager will be fully responsible for the control of all sites and site management, ensuring suppliers, contractors and subcontractors are procured and managed correctly for timely delivery of the projects.
The Project Manager will have a proven record of success in delivering high end projects ideally within the construction industry, with an emphasis on quality. The Project Manager will be wholly responsible for the project, from the initial inception through to delivery of the finished product, ensuring communication is thorough and granular and essential phases of the project for clarity with the board.

THE ROLE:
Project Manage multiple residential refurbishments which will then go on to be either BTL or SA.
Fully manage all budgets and spend for the project.
Fully manage all timelines for the project - agile.
Fully manage all programmes for the project - agile.
Review tenders and tender packs.
Review M and E drawings and structural calculations.
Manage junior project assistant members of the team.
Ensure site Health and Safety is in place and fully compliant.
Manage and coordinate internal and external tradespeople.
Communicate with the board (Directors and stakeholders) regularly.

THE CANDIDATE:
Must have previous project management experience, ideally within the construction industry.
Be solutions focussed and a keen problem solver.
Able to use initiative.
Build strong relationships with all trades to ensure a proactive and happy working environment.
Able to work in a pressured environment and to deadlines.
Confident in own ability.
