Title: Pricing Coordinator

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000

A great opportunity for a Pricing Coordinator to join a well established manufacturing company in Doncaster.
The position is available due to team promotions.
This is a chance to work with a small team of three who are collaborative and friendly.
Previous pricing experience is advantageous but not essential, although the suitable candidate must be comfortable working with numbers and percentages.
The client is offering a competitive salary, 25 days holiday, working hours Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm and on site parking.

THE ROLE:
Ensure all site orders are effectively price matched in line with commercial agreements.
Processing of Direct customer agreements.
To accurately record and manage customer records within SAP and CRM, always maintaining Master Data and GDPR compliance.
On-time, accurate and effective pricing matching of direct to site orders.
Inputting Ex Yard (CSA) & Direct (DCA) end-user / installer agreements in line with agreed authorisation levels.
Develop and maintain a general knowledge of stockists of various company products.
Contacting Divisional sales force on a daily basis, for authorisation purposes.
Daily contact and expediting of customer support agreements.
Accurate creation and maintenance of end-user accounts.
Providing correct information to relevant internal and external customers.
Reporting directly to Contract Pricing Leader.

THE CANDIDATE:
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
Intermediate level in IT skills and be comfortable with Microsoft Office or equivalent.
Knowledge of WUK pricing procedures and governance protocols is desirable.
Experience of working within a business that transacts with multi-dimensional partners i.e. Merchants/Installers/Suppliers.
Experience working on a mainframe system, preferably SAP.
Good organisational skills.
Good problem solving and decision making skills.
Previous experience working within a Commercial function is desirable.
Flexible and amenable.
