Part Time Receptionist / Administration Assistant

Salary £10.00 - £11.00ph

Location: Driffield

This is a new temporary to permanent role for an experienced Receptionist looking for a part time role. The ideal working hours would be afternoons however my client would consider a person looking for 2-3 days. This is a great role for a candidate who has worked on a front of house experience and is able to assist with administrative duties when the reception is quiet.

A temporary to permanent part time position.
Ideally working afternoons, however our client would consider 2-3 days.
You will be the first person to assist visitors when they enter the premises.
Signing visitors in and out.
Providing refreshments.
Answering incoming calls.
General administration duties which can entail assisting with purchase ledger in quieter times.
Ordering stationary.
Assisting your team with any other duties if needed.

You will have excellent communication and customer service experience.
Front of house reception experience is essential for this role.
Previous experience in administration and purchase ledger.
Able to work and support a team.
Good IT skills including word and excel.
Immediate availability is needed for this role.
