Part Time Business Coordinator / PA

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

Location: England

A brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to be able to work from home. Working part time, 16 hours a week as a Business Coordinator/PA supporting 2 company directors with PA duties as well as company administration. You will work in a varied role and are able to pick the days/hours you want to work.

The company are in the engineering/technical specialist industry and are highly regulated so this role will suit someone with strong attention to detail and quality. The suitable person will be able to use their own initiative, be reliable, have experience working within a technical industry and have previous experience in a similar role. Salary is extremely competitive at £24,000-£26,000 (pro rata).

THE ROLE:

  • Assist with the management and upkeep of the ISO9001 QMS Systems
  • Keep logs of (e copies) quotes, QA (packing, delivery notes etc) import, export documentation on file
  • Coordinate the maintenance of ‘Management Reporting Tools’
  • Keep track of quarterly invoices and PO’s on Excel
  • Minute take and deliver actions from bi-monthly business meetings via Zoom/Teams
  • Assist with subcontract enquiries and orders ensuring all orders our completed in the right timeframe and communicating with Directors to ensure deadlines are met
  • Diary management for the 2 directors

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Previous experience working as a PA would be desirable 
  • Must have worked in a similar role previously, ideally within the technical or engineering industry
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 would be desirable 
  • Able to be self sufficient and confident in your own abilities
  • Able to use your initiative
  • Reliable and dependable 
  • Someone looking for longevity and a long term role
  • Organised and able to organise others effectively 
  • Strong communicator 
  • Good/capable IT user – (Excel)
