HR Manager

Salary: £35 - 45K (depending on experience) full-time role

Location: Essex / Colchester and surrounding areas

A highly successful medium sized business with sites UK wide and global footing is seeking to recruit a full-time HR Manager who will have responsibility for the UK businesses in a stand-alone HR position with some reporting responsibility to Europe.

The HR Manager will be part of the UK senior leadership team and have full responsibility for HR in the UK business sites handling all employee relations issues, leading on all areas of recruitment, talent, and succession, training development, administer comps and benefits, pension schemes, absence management, performance management/appraisals, deal with all policies and procedures and leading on the HR Agenda.

CIPD 5 (minimum)
At least 4 years experience of working at HR Manager level
Ideally worked in a business with manufacturing and all business divisions/functions i.e. sales, transport, logistic, Finance, Operations etc
Strong verbal and written communication
Experience of working in a stand alone HRM role working at all levels (remotely and across numerous sites)
Proactive, self motivated confident individual
Organised an excellent business acumen
