The Client:
Our client is experiencing continued growth and currently rapid expansion and are seeking key individuals to work in their organisation across a number of different departments.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have the ability to immediately hit the ground running and rise to the challenge of a very busy, high volume department which requires an experience individual to be effective from day one and assist our client to support, coordinate and work through their recruitment activity. They are seeing unprecedented growth and need assistance within their HR team.

The role:
The role will be based here at their South Yorks head office working a 37 hour per week with early finishes on Thurs/Fri, but this role is mostly working from home with one or two days per week working in the office.

The key activities of the post are:

1: Reviewing job descriptions currently in the system, ensuring they are up-to-date
2: Working with Line managers to develop new job descriptions that are identified as no longer reflective of the requirements for the role
3: Ensure that job descriptions are on the right templates, details the organisations identified competencies and values for the different level of roles within the organisation

Essential Experience and Skills:

*Be studying for a CIPD qualification or have the equivalent professional experience
*Previous experience of working in a HR environment
*Previous experience of development Job Descriptions
*Knowledge and experience of working within the Hay Job Evaluation Methodology framework
*Organising and prioritising own work to the successful achievement of targets and objectives
*Knowledge and clear understanding of Employment Law, specifically in relation to recruitment/GDPR etc
*Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
*The ability to build and sustain effective professional working relationships with HR and wider business environment
*Customer focus - able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer requirements
*Excellent IT skills (knowledge/worked within HAY EVALUATION framework)
