THE ROLE
Working as part of a close team in the HR Service Centre providing HR and HR admin support to the UK sites maintaining and analysing management information, providing HR process and procedural advice whilst ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all areas.

This is a 'great' opportunity to be involved in all areas of HR, learn a high profile HR system, understand policies and procedures and have excellent ER knowledge and advice, deal with all areas of HR queries in a fast paced busy working environment. The HR enquiries that you will be dealing cover all areas of HR from point of offer, contracts, absence, disciplinary advice, benefits, general employment knowledge, contractual queries, maintaining and managing information and providing accurate and ad hoc reports, analysis and recommendations. Full support and training will be given.


THE CANDIDATE
This role will suit an HR Advisor who has good knowledge of ER and a strong HR generalist background. Someone who is happy to work in a Hybrid role where they would only be in the office one day a week and work from home the rest of the week, or if they prefer to be in the office this is acceptable too.
Ideally some experience of working in an HR Shared Service or busy HR dept.
Must have experience of Employee Relations and HR case work (essential).
Knowledge or experience of HR Systems.
In depth knowledge of IT (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
Experience of working in a confidential environment and providing advice to Managers / Supervisors etc.
CIPD 5 ideally.
