Location: Immingham

The North East Lincolnshire site of this global organisation require a Financial Controller to join their existing finance team. The role offers an attractive remuneration package and will report into the UK Finance Director. The role will ideally suit an ACA/ACCA qualified finance professional with experience of working in a similar senior appointment.

THE ROLE:
The role has been created to cover the main points below:
To ensure the organisation meets the necessary tax and reporting requirements
Collaborate with the executive team in establishing more effective processes and controls to ensure the integrity of 3 companies ledgers.
Oversee the recording of all financial transaction activities
Provide Executive management with accurate and comprehensive financial information
Provide external auditors with the necessary documentation and support
Take responsibility for all tax preparation duties (VAT, Intrastat, Corporation Tax, PAYE and NIC) and liaising with external tax accountants for tax preparation.
Contribute to the implementation of the new ERP system

THE CANDIDATE:
You are a fully qualified ACA/ACCA senior finance professional with demonstrable experience in a similar role
An effective and engaging communicator at all levels in a business, you are technically adept, systems savvy and work with high ethics, reliability and accuracy

THE COMPANY:
Based in North East Lincolnshire, the Immingham site within easy access to the A180/M180, A15 and onwards to the Humber Bridge, Hull and East Yorkshire. The location is within approx. a 40 minute commute of Beverley and c45 minutes from Lincoln.
