Financial Accountant

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Location: Beverley

A countryside location in the Beverley area for this newly created Financial Accountant opportunity! The role will suit a newly qualified/part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with good financial accounting skills and looking for future career progression with this very successful and fast growing company.

THE ROLE:

Reporting into the Financial Controller the role will include:

*Preparation of statutory accounts to tight deadlines
*Preparation of consolidated statutory accounts, involvement in preparing group consolidations including inter-company transactions
*Preparation of tax packs to tight deadlines, experience of IFRS 16 would be desirable
*Balance sheet reconciliations

THE CANDIDATE:

*You are a newly qualified/part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with strong financial accounting skills
*Able to work under pressure on occasion and to tight deadlines, you are looking for your next move and with an eye to the future want to join a company offering sound potential career progression
*Strong systems literacy will be essential combined with Advanced Excel skills
*You must have your own transport due to the countryside location
*Qualified by Experience candidates with the relevant skills and experience are also welcome to apply
