This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager either looking for their next career challenge or a fresh opportunity to join a market leading business in Hull. You will have the ability to translate robust marketing strategies into tactical marketing plans as well as experience of brand marketing, promoting commercial initiatives and new products to trade partners.

The right candidate will also have experience of working closely with a sales team to brief on marketing initiatives for them to present effectively to clients and work closely with a lean marketing team.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- You will have strong business acumen to establish clear priorities for actions and to increase the performance and profitability of the business
- Have the ability to communicate effectively and convey information and ideas through to individuals and groups
- Experience of developing and communicating strategies and goals that help achieve a competitive advantage

THE ROLE:

Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director the Digital Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and communicate the digital marketing plan across the company's product portfolio. You will lead the digital strategy for the total product range and be responsible for maximising sales opportunities by researching, developing, and implementing strategic product plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*To develop and implement a digital communications strategy for total product range
*Develop and lead digital campaigns, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement
*Optimisation of CRM systems integration within marketing strategies
*Drive SEO and develop social media platforms
*To strategically review, plan, resolve problems, identify trends, determine areas for improvement and implement change for sales growth
*Develop brand plans and strategic promotional campaigns, design and develop new campaign materials, promotional artwork, product launch materials and promotional support
*Understand and analyse competitor, market and environment activities and trends to identify any opportunities or key issues - adjust and implement activities as required
*Communicate new materials, competitor activity and market developments to the team
*Build relationships and work with key suppliers/manufacturers on promotional activities and approvals in line with their internal policies
*Enhance company offerings through 3rd party associations
*Liaise/meet with management, sales team (in the field) to understand sales and market requirements
