Digital Marketing Assistant

Salary: £29,000 - £32,000

Location: Telford

Our client is looking for a full time Digital Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing team of their global company based in Telford that deals with the manufacturing and sales distribution of building materials.
The Digital Marketing Assistant is a brand new role that has been created to deliver marketing content to support the sales of products and services. The ideal candidate will develop and manage the digital systems across the business enabling them to delivery wider range marketing and digital services for their internal customers needs.

The Digital Marketing Assistant will be responsible for the following:
Create regular marketing content for a variety of communication methods.
Work with customers to assist them to market our products and services.
Manage the current digital marketing tools and channels.
Develop new digital services for our internal needs and our external needs.
Manage the business SAP system to ensure new products are set up, set-ups are correct and all customer information and pricing is correct.
Able to manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver new digital tools and then manage the day to day running of these.
Ensure the client has a long term plan to ensure they are using the most suitable digital tools.

The ideal candidate for the role of Digital Marketing Assistant will have the following skills:
Qualified to degree level in marketing or digital discipline.
Finger on the pulse of modern digital marketing strategies.
Have experience of managing and or creating a digital system.
Very Computer Literate.
Excellent communication skills, by digital methods, by phone, in writing and face to face.
Has the ability to create multiple marketing stories on key topics.

Experience or familiarity of using some of the below will be an advantage:
