Location: Grimsby

We are working with a client who is looking to recruit 3 additional customer service advisors to join their current team of experts. You will be managing client accounts worldwide which will entail dealing with e-mail correspondence, telephone enquiries and ensuring the customer is happy throughout the order process.
These are great opportunities if you have come from a customer service or account management background and looking for a new and challenging role.

Providing a high level of support to customers worldwide.
Handle customer orders from first initial quote to delivery status.
Keeping the customer up dated with any discrepancies with the order or late deliveries.
Monitoring sales and up-selling when required.
Ensuring all paperwork including invoicing is completed correctly.
Dealing with hauliers and booking in shipments, this will entail some export.
This is a full time position 39 hours per week, based in the office Monday - Thursday and working from home on a Friday.

Previous experience working in a customer service or account management role is essential.
You will understand the importance of ensuring the customer is happy throughout the order process.
Order processing experience including dealing with any discrepancies.
If you have export experience that would be an advantage however training can be given in this area.
The ability to deal with problems and think outside the box when needed.
Excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a team.
