Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

Location: Rotherham

A great opportunity for an experienced administrator/customer service coordinator professional to join a successful and established company in Rotherham.
You will be part of a friendly team responsible for the day-to-day support of the sales team and customers using established relationship management processes and systems. This involves an end-to-end process - from the creation and administration of customer accounts through to the production of sales quotes and customer contracts.
The company are offering onsite parking, the hours are Mon-Thurs 8.30am to 4.30pm, with an early 4.00pm finish on a Friday.

Support with incoming enquiries and dealing with customer orders via the telephone and electronic media.
Production of customer quotations and contracts.
Make outgoing calls to customers to clarify and provide information about their orders, deliveries, products, etc., where required.
Ensure customer orders are inputted into the system in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Focus on the customer at all times, providing a high-quality service that is tailored to meet their individual needs.

Must have experience working in a previous administration position or have customer service experience.
Be a strong IT user.
Positive approach to work.
A strong team player.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Works well under pressure and to timescales.
