Title: Accounting & Financial Control Manager

Salary £38,000 - £41,000

Location: Hull

OVERVIEW:

This is a food sector appointment for a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with good financial accounting skills. A flexible and hybrid work from office/home pattern will be available plus the opportunity to join a global group with diverse business interests.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Head of Finance the role will ensure performance targets are agreed and set, develop teams members as appropriate and plan the activity of the department and allocate tasks and responsibilities

This is a strongly financial accounting focused role requiring good technical skills. A full in depth job description is available.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified although finalist level accountants will also be considered with the relevant skills and experience

You have excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills combined with being an effective communicator at all levels and a team playing style. The ability to meet deadlines is important as is a high standard of systems literacy particularly with Excel.
