An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified/qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with one of Hull's major and well known employers. The role offers outstanding future career progression and an opportunity for some hybrid working. The role requires a strong analytical and investigative approach and a sound background in broad based accounting.
Reporting, maintaining the fixed asset register and the integrity of the general ledger, analysing the financial performance including variance analysis, month end procedures, review profit and loss and balance sheet accounts, SG & A and overhead budgeting analysis, cost centre reporting and forecasting all form a part of the duties and responsibilities, however a full detailed job description is available.

You are a newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant or maybe already have 1-2 years post qualification experience and are keen to join a well known, innovative company where future career progression is outstanding for the right candidate.
Tenacious and curious in approach, you are able to investigate and challenge, meet multiple deadlines and have excellent time management skills.
You have the self confidence to present at senior management and Board level utilising first class interpersonal and communication skills.
An advanced Excel user with good general systems literacy, you work with accuracy and have a high standard of numeracy and literacy both written and verbal.
This role may suit a newly qualified candidate looking to leave professional practice and make the first entry into industry or a candidate already experienced in industry looking for career advancement.

£35,000 - £42,000 depending on background, experience and level of qualification, currently a hybrid working pattern, potential bonus, private healthcare, 25 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays.
