Our client is a long-established business going through considerable change and technical modernisation and this is an excellent time to join the busy HR team.
This role offers the chance to work in an environment that is very fast paced, busy and no two days are the same and would suit an ambitious, robust and driven HR candidate looking to develop and grow.
The Operational HR Administration role offers exposure to a broad area of HR, work methodically and in a detailed manner completing day-to-day HR tasks, whist also offering real potential to develop and take on higher level HR responsibilities in an environment where there is plenty to experience and learn.

THE ROLE:
Reporting into the HR Manager the Operational HR Administrator will be working as part of a close knit HR team to deliver the best HR service to the business covering all areas of HR supporting a busy business that works on a 24/7 operational basis.

There will be day-to-day HR administration tasks to complete, but this role offers a real opportunity to take on more responsibility, grow and develop in your HR career and there is movement for real career development/progression. The working environment also offers excellent opportunity to learn, develop all level of stakeholder relationships, in a very busy, fast paced and demanding working environment.

THE CANDIDATE:
The Operational HR Administrator will have experience working in a busy HR department and feel comfortable managing a busy workload.
The ideal candidate will have already experienced supporting a busy HR Team and will have already shown initiative and the ability to manage the tasks they are given.
Confidence, initiative, the ability to offer solutions to problems and work in a detailed and organised efficient manner are essential for this position.
Excellent technical, IT and data analysing skills or ability are required.
Excellent communication skills with very different stakeholders at different levels across the business is essential
Strong organisational skills, capable of prioritising tasks, challenging the norm and suggesting new ideas and new ways to achieve efficiency would be welcomed
Strong experience and skills in modern techniques would be an advantage
A real desire to add value to the HR team, make a difference, learn and grow
An upbeat personality, always willing to build relationships, ask questions

SALARY: up to £27,000 D.O.E
