Location: Remote work plus London, Manchester, Birmingham and York (Hybrid working)

Our client is a global world leader in mobility, infrastructure and engineering consultancy working on a global platform.
This organisation delivers consultancy solutions across engineering design, project management, and specialist technical services for the transport/mobility sector.
With a strong global footprint in their sector, they are now seeking to attract an experienced individual with the highest level of talent and expertise to lead all aspects of L&D across their business working closely with and aligned to their HR department.

Brief Description of the job:
Reporting to the Head of Talent the Senior Learning & Talent Development Business Partner will develop and deliver an effective Learning & Talent development provision for the business.

Key tasks in the role:-
1. Design and deliver a range of learning training packages for all levels of staff.
2. Take a lead role in developing a learning culture across the group.
3. Improve and develop a broad range of Talent frameworks supporting the business to identify, retain and develop high potential colleagues.
4. Create learning innovations and solutions.
5. Work in an inspiring and creative approach to deliver L&D strategy - understanding of "digital" learning tools and the ability to implement innovative workshops to engage colleagues.
6. Development of effective apprenticeships and graduate programmes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven history of working in a lead L&D role focused on "developing a learning culture"
Considerable experience of developing and writing training packages for all levels of staff
Exposure and experience of apprentice and graduate programmes
Depth of knowledge working with technology, systems and digital learning tools (eg Success Factors)
Previous experience of designing, developing and delivering training

Salary: £60,000 plus benefits (hybrid working)
