Location: North Lincolnshire

Are you a systems savvy accountant? My client needs a qualified/QBE accountant with a strong systems background to join their IT department to represent the finance function. You will need to be able to maintain quality financial master data, ensure financial systems and processes are robust for current use and the future and protect the business assets through financial integrity.

THE ROLE:
Contribute to the design, development and improvement of processes and procedures that will allow for sound system performance
Support management of finance master data
Work with the pricing committee to define pricing structure for company products
Administration of internal finance systems and support on projects with third parties or internal IT
Point of contact for finance system issues and troubleshooting, provide support of systems training for finance users
Support development of business proposals and project plans
Contribute functional testing for development or upgrades, test internal processes and procedures for documentation

THE CANDIDATE:
You are a systems savvy accountant, ideally qualified ACCA/CIMA or maybe qualified by experience with a sound background in systems accounting, improving and supporting accurate financial information and data. Preferably you will ideally have previously worked in a systems accounting role.

An effective communicator at all levels in a business, you understand how critical accurate financial information is to the integrity of the financial data available and have the ability to successfully convey this to other team members both within finance and the wider areas of the business.

Hybrid working arrangements if required are negotiable.
