FX Portfolio Manager

Salary: up-to £80,000 plus commission & performance related bonus

Our client is a Global player in the FX market, listed on the London Stock Exchange, we are delighted to be assisting in their growth and development by offering these new opportunities.

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at boosting revenue growth and accomplishing corporate objectives.
Lead and oversee the sales team, offering direction, coaching, and support to optimize their performance.
Identify and actively pursue fresh business prospects, including forging strategic alliances to enhance the Company's market presence.
Foster and sustain robust partnerships with key collaborators, discerning their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with multifunctional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure the seamless implementation of sales initiatives.
Keep abreast of industry trends, customer preferences, and regulatory shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
Serve as the company's representative at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the brand and expand the professional network.
Ensure that the sales team delivers accurate information to clients in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Establish and attain monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, as defined by senior management.
Craft sales policies, methodologies, and protocols.
Track sales performance metrics, produce regular reports, and present findings to senior management.

Have a proven track record of sales management within FX
Have at least 3 years of institutional sales experience.
Proven analytical, problem solving, numerical & verbal reasoning skills.
Are a skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients
Strong understanding of institutional CFDs, trade lifecycle and risk management strategies.
