Service Advisor

Our client, a local car dealership in Scunthorpe, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team, ideally on an immediate basis. Previous experience in a Service Advisor position is essential, as you will be the first point of contact for the Service Department and as such you need to have an excellent level of communication and presentation.

THE ROLE:
Booking customers vehicles into the Service Department both over the phone and face to face.
Responsible for explaining the repair process and cost breakdown whilst building customer relations.
Delivering a fantastic level of Customer Service.
Liaising with the service team in regards to timescales, parts and information.
Database management.
Associated administration.
Processing vehicle documents.

THE BENEFITS:
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
