Customer Service, Estimating and Marketing Co-Ordinator

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Location: Easily accessible from Chesterfield, Worksop and Sheffield Areas


To perform administrative duties and provide support to the Design and Estimating Team.

THE ROLE:
Processing all new enquiries including sorting, assessing and preparing the relevant documents and drawings using our Company Document Management System.
Completion of Client Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
Follow up submitted tenders with Clients.
Make contact with potential new Clients.
Update the company website and social media on a regular basis.
Obtaining prices from third party companies and processing quotations received.
Answering general queries by telephone.
Answering general queries by e-mail.
Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files.
Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.

THE CANDIDATE:
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of Document Management Systems would be an advantage; however training would be given for the right candidate.
Written, telephone and electronic communication.
Ability to work as part of a team and without direct supervision
Must have strong organisational skills and pay close attention to detail
Must be able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner.
Must be able to demonstrate numerical and analytical aptitude
Able to organise multiple tasks and deliver within timescale.
