LOCATION: DONCASTER & HULL

SALARY AND BENEFITS: £20-30,000 + Commission (open-ended). OTE £30-45K +

SUMMARY: Edwards & Pearce are looking to build up their team of recruitment consultants in Doncaster & Hull to take advantage of the improving conditions in the recruitment sector. An ideal opportunity for someone with a background in recruitment consultancy in any professional sector particularly accountancy, office support, commercial, sales, engineering, production, food sector, supply chain or technical.

- Prior experience as a recruitment consultant in a professional environment is preferred
- Proven track record of success to date as a recruitment consultant
- Business development ability, both face to face and over the phone

ROLE INFORMATION:

- We are currently seeking to strengthen several of our specialist divisions and have recruitment consultant vacancies in the following specialist divisions: Engineering & Production, Office Support, Supply Chain, Accountancy & Finance, Sales & Marketing, Food Sector
- A full 360 degree recruitment consultant’s role based in Doncaster or Hull
- Full recruitment consultancy role encompassing sales, marketing, business development, candidate generation, search, selection & customer service
- Each recruitment consultant will be involved in sales calls, client visits, candidate interviews, candidate resourcing and candidate matching
- We can offer a recruitment consultant training programme and ongoing management support and development
- Due to our specialist divisional structure we can offer excellent long-term prospects to all recruitment consultants and we are looking for several recruitment consultants at present who possess either management skills or management potential
