INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE

LOCATION: SHEFFIELD

SALARY AND BENEFITS £20,000 - £25,000 + Benefits

SUMMARY:

Working as part of the sales team, you will be involved in all aspects of the internal sales process including proactive selling to customers, order administration, effective liaison with customers and external sales team, verifying customer specifications, dealing with customer queries and processing quotations in a timely manner. The primary function is to provide an excellent level of service to customers / prospects in respect of enquiry handling, sales order processing and the overall customer experience.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• IT Literate including Microsoft Office
• Experience of dealing with queries thoroughly, from start to finish
• Excellent communication, relationship building and customer facing skills
• Polite telephone manner
• Adept at dealing with difficult situations providing solutions in terms of quality & cost
• Hard working, patient, honest and conscientious
• Passion for providing first class customer service
